NALU HOUSE HOMESTAY GILI TRAWANGAN
Version 1.0 – July 2022

  1. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT 
    1. Minimum stay is 2 nights. 
    2. Our rooms are suitable for maximum 2 persons or 2 persons plus 1 child up to 4 years old. 
    3. Reservation is only possible via Airbnb or direct via email info@nalu-house.com or Whatsapp messenger +62-81338421844. 
    4. The reservation is only final after confirmation of your reservation request by Nalu House or Airbnb. 
    5. For directly reservations, 50% of the reservation amount must be paid to Nalu House within 7 days of reservation. A reservation confirmation will only be provided after receipt of this advance payment. 
    6. The advance or the total accommodation costs must be transferred to: MANDIRI BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER 1610007436756 
    7. Payment of the (remaining) amount must be made at the homestay before checking out. Payment can be made in cash. Credit cards are not accepted. 
  2. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS 
    1. Once homestay booking is made via Airbnb or direct via Nalu House deposit are non-refundable if any cancellation made from 5 days before the scheduled check-in date. 
    2. If canceled from 5 days before date of arrival, 100% of the reservation rate will be charged. 
    3. Cancellation after arrival or early departure during the stay will be charged for the entire stay period. 
    4. Cancellations can be made via Whatsapp messenger +62-81338421844 or by email at 
      info@nalu-house.com.
    5. Nalu house always has the right to withdraw the definitive reservation more than 2 days prior to the date of arrival without stating reasons. Advances already paid will be refunded to the main guest free of charge.
  3. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT 
    1. Booked rooms can be check-in from 12 noon of the scheduled check-in date. 
    2. Check-out need to be done before 11.00 AM. 
    3. Fine will be imposed on late checkout at RP15.000 per hour. 
  4. OUR HOMESTAY RULES 
    1. Nalu House is 24 hours per day accessible. The rooms have their own lockable entrance. 
    2. Strictly NO SMOKING & NO PET are allowed in the room due to hygiene. Failure to comply will entitle us to terminate your booking and you must leave the room immediately. Smoking in the outside area is allowed. 
    3. Strictly NO DURIAN is allowed inside the room due to the strong smell hard to clean away from thehouse. You may consume “Durian” corridor outside from the room. This is to avoid strong smell for the next rental. 
    4. Strictly NO LOUD NOISE after 11pm. This to respect and to considerate the neighbors resident. If there are any complaints from the neighbors around, you would be ask to leave the homestay immediately without refund as you have violate the house rules. 
    5. Strictly NO MASSIVE Alcohol in the homestay. 
    6. Strictly NO Drugs in the homestay. 
  5. DAMAGE 
    1. Guests are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) or to the house property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying at the room) during your stay. 
    2. Nalu House further reserves the right to commence legal proceedings against you without notice. 
    3. The guest must behave properly and use the accommodation in accordance with the reasonable instructions for use given by the owner of Nalu House. 
    4. The main guest is legally liable for damage caused by him or his fellow guests to the accommodation or the items present therein. 
    5. A claim (damage, loss, misappropriation and/or theft) must be reported immediately by the guest to the owner of Nalu House. Repair and or replacement costs must be immediately reimbursed by the guest to the owner of Nalu House at his first request. 
    6. In the event of loss or otherwise non-return of keys to the homestay, all resulting costs will be charged to the main guest. The main guest undertakes to pay directly at the owner of Nalu House. 
  6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 
    1. Nalu House is not in a position to guarantee Guest’s safety against events including but not limited to accidents, death, acts of God, flood, riot, theft, or even acts of negligence. 
    2. All activities have inherent risks to health and safety and Nalu House will not be responsible for any eventualities related to any activities or services booked through this website. 
    3. Nalu House will not be responsible for loss or damage of property left in Guest’s room and/or Nalu House property during guest’s stay. 
    4. Guests are advised to obtain insurance to cover curtailment, and loss of luggage, personal effects, damages, personal injuries and money/valuable belongings. 
    5. Nalu House is not liable for malfunctions in and around the accommodation, such as malfunctions and failures of power and water supplies and technical installations, construction and/or road works in the vicinity of Nalu House that have not been announced or are untimely announced. 
  7. DISCLAIMER 
    1. Nalu-House.com website, the services provided and all content thereon are supplied “as is” and “as available”. 
    2. Nalu-House.com provides no guarantee regarding the website and content. You are solely responsible for your use thereof. 
    3. While we will make every effort to ensure that the information on the Nalu-House.com website is accurate and published in good faith, we do not warrant or represent its accuracy and disclaims to the maximum extent permitted by law all warranties expressed or implied by statute, custom or usage. 
    4. Nalu House is described in the website www.nalu-house.com. This website has been compiled with the greatest care, but there may be differences between the text and/or photos presented on the website and the current situation of Nalu House at the time of the guest’s visit. No rights can be derived by the guests from such differences. 
  8. COMPLAINTS 
    1. The guest is always entitled to submit his grievances to Nalu House by means of a complaint. Nalu House must always handle a complaint adequately and expeditiously, so that the complaint is treated according to standards of reasonableness and fairness. 
  9. FORCE MAJEURE 
    1. In the event of force majeure, both permanent and temporary, Nalu House is entitled to dissolve or temporarily suspend the agreement in whole or in part, without the guest being able to claim fulfillment and/or compensation. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: danger of war, war, insurrection, molestation, strikes, boycotts, disruptions in the energy circuit, traffic or transport, government measures, scarcity of raw materials, natural disasters and furthermore, all circumstances, extraordinary weather conditions, death of one of owners or close relatives, etc., under which full or partial fulfillment of the agreement cannot be demanded of Nalu House in reasonableness and fairness. 
  10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS 
    1. Nalu House reserves the right to cancel, amend or vary the arrangements and content featured on the Nalu-House.com website and/or change or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
